The episode 6.21 Two To Go ends with the dialogue below:

Giles (making an heroic entrance): “I’d like to test that theory.”
In The Long Way Home, Part 2, Amy leans out the window of the castle looking down at her army of the undead, and says:
Amy: “A hundred slayers and there’s not one person here who can take me on.”
Willow makes an entrance: “As a friend of mine once said… I’d like to test that theory.”
