Spike tells Adam in 4.20 The Yoko Factor that he killed two Slayers. We heard this first in 2.03 School Hard, and see Spike relate his story to Buffy in Fool for Love.

Is Angel/us also a Slayer Killer? I mean, I would imagine so, but I can’t remember whether it was talked about or not.

No he isn’t. Although he did drink from Buffy in Season 3. He has never actually killed a slayer.

In Fool for Love Angelus was afraid of meeting a Slayer, which is rather odd considering that he is UberEvil himself.
We already knew that Spike had killed two Slayers since Giles read his bio in 2.03 School Hard. In that episode Spike told Buffy that the last Slayer he killed had begged him for her life, which is proved to be a complete fib in 7.17 Lies My Parents Told Me
The only other Slayer-killing vampire is Drusilla, who killed Kendra in Becoming part 1.
