Rodney was a rebellious boy at school with the Scoobies who used to bully Xander. He tried to steal the seal of the Inca Princess but broke the curse and became her first victim in 2.04 Inca Mummy Girl.

The Monster Book by Christopher Golden, Stephen R. Bissette, and Thomas E. Sniegoski shows the name spelled as Rodney Munson on page 293. Sorry for being nitpicky.
