“2.15 Phases is probably my favorite episode of the five we wrote. Oz just has an ability to pinpoint what’s going on and make it sound absurd. I think there’s a sweetness to him. In 2.15 Phases, Willow comes up to him and says ‘Hi,’ and Oz says, “That’s what I was gonna say.’”
