In 3.02 That Vision Thing, Lilah mentions her old colleague Lindsay McDonald, when she says,
“I have this office because I earned it. As did Lindsey. He sacrificed his flesh and blood for this company, literally had his hand cut off - fighting against Angel.”
Lindsay’s hand was cut off by Angel in To Shanshu in L.A.
