Joe was a Buffy writer who wrote with Matt Kiene. They have both written for Andromeda, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show, Space: Above and Beyond and Law & Order. Matt and Joe also wrote 1.06 The Pack and 2.04 Inca Mummy Girl together.
