In 3.04 Beauty And The Beasts, Giles remarks that time moves differently in demon dimensions, Buffy says, “I remember”. She is referencing the time she fell into a hell dimension in 3.01 Anne.

Hi I am new to this site… Just a thought… Why doesn’t Buffy or Lily age like Rickie does??? I know Lily say that she hasn’t seen him in a day or so, but he aged over 50 years (in looks anyway). I know that they were only “down” there for a short time, but shouldn’t they have aged, even a few years??? Maybe that is why “Anne” (Lily) seems older when we meet her again on Angel??? Any thoughts??? Well let’s see where this goes.

Ricky was down there for many years (in that place’s time), even though he was only gone for about a day. Buffy and Lilly were only down there for a few hours or so (and a much shorter amount, such as a few seconds or minutes, of “real world” time.)
I also wanted to mention that this is really sounding, to me at least, like a good Trio-type discussion (and I just love those.)

Thanks “NotFadeAway”… I realized later today that I had it backwards… with the time thing. I just finished watching the first disc of Season 3 and watched the above episode were Giles and Buffy make those above remarks.. They were in “realtime” only gone for what would have been an instant not the other way around. Thanks for the assistantance though. =o)
