After Angel has killed the vampires at the beginning of City Of, he turns and walks away. This shot is used at the end of the credits sequence in every episode. If you look at the puddle beside him you can easily see his reflection.

I never notice it before. But I have a little excuse I haven’t watched a lot of Angel’s episodes.

That one annoys me everytime I watch!! I even skip through the titles just to avoid it!! Grrr…
You’d think after 110 episodes SOMEONE would’ve spotted it & edited it out!!
