Eddie was a freshman at UC Sunnydale who met Buffy when they were both lost on campus. He always kept a copy of Of Human Bondage by W. Somerset Maugham with him as a comfort blanket. Eddie was turned into a vampire by Sunday’s gang and staked by Buffy in 4.01 The Freshman.
