Ice-skating fan Buffy Summers had a “Dorothy Hamill phase”, first mentioned in 2.09 What’s My Line? (Part One). Dorothy Hamill was an American figure skater who became famous when she won a gold medal at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria. Her “wedge” hairstyle became popular with many girls.
