Diego Gutierrez wrote the episode 6.17 Normal Again and was Joss Whedon’s assistant during both Buffy and Angel. Diego also did the French dubbing for Xander’s dream in 4.22 Restless. Additionally, Diego has written for Dawson’s Creek and the TV series Kingpin.

Gotta say, very bad dubbing on Restless. My first language is French (hence the bad English), and I didn’t get a word of their conversation.
