In 3.06 Billy, Cordelia says:
“No need, I got it. Three years of Varsity Cheer Squad, I only ever had to be shown a move once.”
We saw Cordy try out for the cheerleading squad in 1.03 The Witch. She must have stayed on the team until graduation.

We see her cheerleading in many episodes actually. From the top of my head I can think of Assembly Required (2.02) and Earshot (3.18), but I’m sure there are others.
