Both Giles and Buffy agree in 3.03 Faith, Hope And Trick that leprechauns don’t exist:

Buffy: “Giles, there are two things that I don’t believe in: coincidence and leprechauns.”
Giles: “Well, Buffy, it’s entirely possible that they both arrived here by chance simultaneously.”
Buffy: “Okay, but I was right about the leprechauns, right?”
Giles: “As far as I know, yes.”

This is also confirmed in the Angel episode 5.03 Unleashed with the following dialogue:

Gunn: “What, no leprechaun souffle?”
Crane: “There’s no such thing as leprechauns.”

In 3.18 Double Or Nothing, Gunn interviews an elderly demon couple:

Gunn: “So, Skenches. I’ve heard about them. Sort of impish kind of demon - like a leprechaun.”
Syd: “Leprechauns don’t exist, son.”
Monica: “Now, Syd, don’t embarrass the lad.”

Southpaws

Southpaws

“Southpaws” is mentioned a couple of times on both Buffy (4.17 Superstar) and Angel (3.18 Double Or Nothing). Buffy remembers advice from Jonathan to watch out for southpaws and Angel thought Connor would be left handed, “a real southpaws.” It’s just a fancy name for left-handed people, especially boxers.
