   Spike also bit Cordelia in “You’re Welcome”. However, not sure if that counts since she was in a coma or dead by that point. So the whole survival aspect is questionable. Hmmm…

   And Riley, who has been a regular, was bitten by a vampire he paid to do that, in the episode Into the woods.

    Dawn’s friend Janice was bitten by Zack in All The Way, although I know she wasn’t a main character.

    Chantarelle/Lily/Anne was bitten by Spike in Lie To Me.
