In the season four DVD commentary for 4.06 Wild At Heart, Seth Green, Joss Whedon, and Marti Noxon mention the frequent appearances of the extra they call “Asian Dan”. He can also be seen in the episode 3.18 Earshot.

In Who Are You?, when Spike is storming out of the Bronze, he shoves Asian Dan and his chip goes off. Also, I am pretty damn sure that Asian Dan is eaten in The Harsh Light of Day. Harmony had him in her math class the previous year and didn’t like him then.
