We discover in 5.03 The Replacement that Anya owns a gun, though we never see it again after that episode. Guns are usually frowned upon in the Buffyverse (seen in 2.15 Phases, Homecoming, 6.04 Flooded, 6.15 As You Were and Touched), but it seems likely that Anya would have one.

yeah that figures, although after having so much power as a deamon a gun doesn’t really seam to be much of a consolation, well if it helps her.

Didn’t Anya get that gun during the whole Initiative affair? (You know, when Spike was given a fake gun and couldn’t even aim at a human being with it??)

My guess, she got it once she became human. One can imagine how vulnerable she felt after being a demon with powers for 1000+ years.
