The season three script book has the blood bank nurse from 3.01 Anne’s name written as Joan.
That would mean another Joan in the Buffyverse as Chantarelle/Lily/Anne’s name was originally Joan and Buffy took the name Joan in the episode 6.08 Tabula Rasa.
