Adam Busch, who played Warren, talked to Entertainment Geekly about playing a nerd:
“I had to do a lot of research and find out how to play Dungeons and Dragons. The first scene we ever shot together - me, Danny and Tom - was that first shot, when we sat around the table and we’re playing Dungeons and Dragons, and I turn to Danny and Tom and I go, “So, you guys wanna take over Sunnydale?” and they go, “Yeah,” and that’s it. [Buffy producer] Doug Petrie came over, and he says, “Okay, this is how it goes…and action.” We all looked at each other, and we turned back to the camera and I go, “Does anybody know how to play?” None of us knew. I didn’t know if you roll the dice, if you move a figure, what you do.”

Who is he kidding?! If these 3 don’t know how to play dungeons and dragons they should all get emmy awards for their convincing portrayal of nerds. I bet if you look in his sock drawer you will find his wizard hat and maybe even some spock ears.

One of my fav Andrew moments is in Chosen where he’s wearing that red cape thingy and playing Dungeons and Dragons. So funny!
