Anya washes her hands vigorously before leaving the frat house in 7.05 Selfless, but when Willow sees Anya she still has a lot of blood on her hands. It doesn’t seem possible that she missed that amount of blood.

Maybe her hands was clean after she washes them then she just touched her bloody dress and get blood on her hand.
