At the beginning of the episode 6.20 Villains, Willow is holding Tara’s head and some of her upper body on her lap, so it would seem that the entry wound would be situated on her legs. When she’s shown walking out of the house (at 4.28 minutes) there is no blood on Willow’s trousers at all.

I suspect there was no exit wound. A gun haphazardly fired upward like that, after going through glass, probably wouldn’t have the momentum needed for a through-and-through wound. What does bother me, though, is how little Tara bleeds from that mortal wound. It looked as though she was hit right in, or very close to, her heart, which I would think would be a bloody mess.

When Evil Willow flays Warren she does it & walks away but when the shot goes back to Warren shes standing right in front of him
