Anya is trying to get the Scoobies to make a wish against Xander in 6.18 Entropy but in some scenes she’s not wearing her vengeance demon necklace. She can’t make a wish without it. She is sometimes wearing the necklace underneath her red top, and sometimes not.

Another good goof to go along with this. When Anya is talking to Willow and Tara at the Espresso Pump, she doesnt have a drink. Then when she leaves in a huff she takes Willow’s coffee.

I don’t think that’s a goof. I think Anya took it on purpose because she got so mad. I think this because Anya screams and then looks at the coffee like “well fine, I am taking this” and as she stalks off, Willow kinda looks at her and the coffee like, “hey my coffee…” in her sad-shy-oldwillow way.

The rule with vengeance demon necklaces seems to be a bit all over the place anyway. In The Wish, Anya takes off her necklace and gives it to Cordelia before granting her wish, and it gives the impression that that’s how the necklace works, but neither Anya or Halfrek ever do that before trying to get someone to make a wish later on.
