When Buffy and Willow are discussing what Buffy told Riley about Faith in 4.15 This Year’s Girl, a guy in a stripy sweater walks by on Buffy’s left. A moment later, as the camera cuts to a different angle, he walks by again.

Technically these kinds of mistakes aren’t really goofs.
I work as an extra, and the PA’s just tell you where to go.
I once worked on a show where I had a different path for every angle of the same scene, and I mentioned that it was a bit sloppy but the PA said, “No one will notice.”
They don’t really care about the continuity of the extra, just making the scene look ‘real’.
