No, I think the goof is right. In Real Reality, Anyanka gives her necklace to Cordy. Cordy wishes, Anyanka grants, then we’re in The Wish Reality. Then The Wish Reality collapses, and we’re back in Real Reality, a couple seconds before the wish. So Cordy should still be wearing the necklace because Anyanka gave it to her in Real Reality before she wished.

but the thing that bugs me is…
In season 3 the way to restore the wishes from Anyanka was to smash her necklace…
and in season 6&7 we know that only the vengeance demon (anyanka being one of them) can undo the wish just by saying it… I think thats weird…

Probably in Season 3, Anyanka could have reversed the wish by saying it, but she wasn’t going to. Which is why Giles had to break her necklace. Also shown in Older And Far Away. Hallie could have reversed the wish by saying it (and later did), but under normal circumstances, she wouldn’t've.

Having just watched this episode and allowing for the ephemeral nature of continuity in the “Whedonverse,” I thought I’d take a stab at a possible explanation. The necklace is Anya’s power center (and I agree with ormaybemidgets’ explanation about the difference between the demon ending the wish and it being ended against her will) but that what she gives to the person making the wish is a portion of that power, represented by an identical necklace. The original necklace, being only a physical and visual manifestation of her power, would stay with her, unless it was broken, making it rather like a mitosis of chaos or really sour sour-dough starter, if you will.
